Visits
The Chapel of St Valery called "sailors"
The monk Gualaric (Walaric and writes, and Valery Walric) visited a hermit at St. Valery in 611 until his death in 622. A chapel was built in his memory, it is called "Chapel of the sea." Notice the checkerboard structure of its walls and the presence, near the chapel, the source of loyalty.
